Welcome to Shed.ie. These Terms & Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) outline the agreement between Shed.ie and our customers when purchasing products through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.
Prices displayed include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via the payment methods available on our website.
Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
We offer nationwide delivery across Ireland. A delivery fee applies and will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery may take up to 15 working days from the date of order. We will contact you to confirm a delivery date.
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and accessible delivery to the chosen address.
Due to the nature of our products, flatpack sheds cannot be returned once assembled, as we cannot verify assembly carried out by third parties.
Refunds are only available if your order has not yet been dispatched, or in cases where the product is found to be defective under warranty (see Section 5).
All sheds come with a 5-year warranty covering locks, hinges, and rust issues.
If a defect arises, we will supply replacement parts or, if necessary, replace the full unit.
Warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by incorrect assembly, scratches, or vandalism.
Rust resulting from external damage.

Customers are responsible for ensuring proper assembly of sheds in accordance with the provided instructions.
Any modifications or alterations to the product may void the warranty.
Shed.ie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
Our total liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the product in question.
These Terms & Conditions of Sale are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
